1. Why I Love What I Do

I love helping people, seeing them feel better and live a happy, healthier life. Whether it’s supporting patients during pregnancy or helping them get a better night’s rest, I love how naturopathic medicine offers a variety of modalities such as nutrition, botanicals, and acupuncture, to support an individual’s journey toward improved well-being.

2. What Healthy Living Means to Me

For me, wholesome eating, restful sleep and being active are the foundations of healthy living. But beyond this, laughing and playing, showing gratitude, and engaging in positive relationships are significant contributors to a healthy life. It really is about finding your own balance between body, mind and spirit.

3. What I Fill My Spare Time With

Much of my time outside of work is spent with my husband and our two wonderful boys, aged 6 and 3. Attending sports activities, playing at the park, reading with the kids, and spending time with friends and family are just some of things we do together. When I am able to get some alone time, I love reading, going for walks, and simply enjoying the quiet time. Dr. Rubino is a well respected licensed Naturopathic Doctor who operates a general naturopathic practice with a focus on women’s health, perinatal care, pediatrics, stress, and digestive health.
